roastIn conjunction with the stud, Pebbly Range has a commercial herd comprising Limousin cross cows mated to Limousin bulls. They provide three quarter Limousin grain-finished quality calves for private beef orders sold at 8 to 10 months old, averaging 200+ kg carcases, with repeat customers and referrals.

Note: side of animal averages 100kg and yields about 75kg of consumable product (excess fat and bone is removed to leave e.g. meat, joints, and steaks with a small amount of attached bone) and whole animal averages 200kg and yields about 150kg of product.
Package form:
Note: the bulk selection is cut to customer requirements and is not tray-packed. A side of animal will cost about $650 if tray-packed and a whole animal about $1300. Bulk orders will cost slightly less.
