Our quality yearlings are sold to private orders at 10 to 12 months old, with repeat customers and referrals.
You can order or enquire about our beef by phoning or completing and submitting our order form. We will contact you to confirm your order or discuss your enquiry. Orders are picked up from Onkaparinga Meat in Lobethal (15 Main Street).
Our meat is:
- Naturally grown on chemical free pastures.
- HGP (hormone growth promotant) free.
- Antibiotic free.
- Preservative free.
We supply half or whole carcases bulk cut for $10.00/kg bone-in. Meat is cut to your requirements, and comes in labelled bags.
A half carcase (side of animal) averages 100 - 110kg, yields about 70 - 75kg of product (excess fat and bone is removed to leave meat, joints, steaks etc with a small amount of attached bone), and will cost $1,000 - $1,100.
A whole carcase averages 200 - 220kg, yields about 140 - 150kg of product, and will cost $2,000 - $2,200.
