Pebbly Range has entered purebred limousin steers in Royal Adelaide Show carcase competitions with great success. In 2009 we took out Lightweight Champion on Hoof (left photo below) and Champion Export Steer on Hoof (right photo, with our Lightweight Champion on Hoof).

We also bred the sire of the first prize pen of three Limousin X Angus steers (Class 2, maximum 4 teeth, CWT 300 - 420kg) entered by the Graffoe Limousin Stud in the 2008 Southern Grassfed Carcase Classic.
Bulls are sold at Colac, Victoria, and privately at any time. 2005 saw Pebbly Range topping the Colac sale twice with animals sired by Wulfs Choice and Polled Equity. Bull selection is rigorous with only the best retained, and all culls are steered.
Below are some of the bulls we currently have for sale. Click photos to see more details including EBVs.
In conjunction with the stud, Pebbly Range has a commercial herd comprising Limousin cross cows mated to limousin bulls. They provide three quarter Limousin calves for private beef orders sold at 8 to 10 months old, averaging 200+ kg carcases, with repeat customers and referrals.
Enquiries and visitors are always welcome at Pebbly Range.
